Mozilla Firefox (originally named Phoenix and then for a moment known as Mozilla Firebird) is a cross-platform free web browser developed by the Mozilla Foundation and hundreds of volunteers.

Firefox can run on various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and FreeBSD. The latest stable version of Firefox currently is 14.0.1, which was released on June 15, 2012
